My fat story

Hey guys its been awhile since you last see me.

So after a zillion thoughts I've decided to share with you guys my trick to losing weight.

If you've watched my past videos about Thekife's theory...


It is really a tip that worked for me to lose weight..... and of cos the E exercise that I taught people it really helped me a lot in losing fats on my face!

However you should know by now that there was a period of time when I gained back that extra 10kgs because I went to holland.

After I came back I had a struggle with my diet plans and my weight just didn't drop anymore.

I realize that its because that if you stick onto the same diet plans, your weight will not drop anymore!

Believe it or not I think its more like a fat memory thing whereby your body gets used to that same diet and you wont lose anymore weight....

So in this post... Its going to be different.. Its not like you're going to lose weight by not exercising because I went out for the last resort.


WHICH IS THROUGH EXERCISING.

Ever since young I'm not a person who likes to exercise nor I hate exercising la (Okay I'm lazy)

But because I met up with my 'Gui Ren' which means like a expensive person.. HAHAHA Nono it means like a met the person who help me in my life... ah

His name is Garry which is my personal trainer!

He sponsored me free personal training sessions until I reach my target and now I am exercising all by myself already without his help and the reason why I've haven't been sharing this story with you all is because....

I wanted to test whether or not without his training I can maintain my weight..

Its been over a year ever since I started working out..

Today 24 September is exactly when I started okay!!

HAPPY 1 YEAR WORKOUT!

So I had around 4months of training with my personal trainer.. worked out like 4-6times a week.

I tell you what its REALLY REALLY REALLY VERY TIRING.. I was having internship back then and its super tired to go and workout right after work!

But I guess its all worth it ya?

Okay so many many of you asked me on what's actually my secret to losing weight.

Oh well I did lost 12kgs in 4 months and after that the rest of the 8 months I was on my own working out...

My weight was 82... and now I'm 69-70kgs. and its after 1year. SO THIS CAN PROOF THAT MY WEIGHT MAINTAINED EVEN AFTER TRAINING ON MY OWN.....

Yes so I clear before and after I lost weight.

The art and secret to losing weight is actually by exercising and controlling your diet. By controlling your diet, it doesn't mean that you have to starve yourself to death or eat as little as like one tiny little bean.

By controlling your diet I meant by

EAT MORE MEAT AND LESSER CARBS

You can start by having a bowl of rice, and just eat half of it. and the rest you just eat meat.

By meat I meant by any kind of meat, BEST NOT TO EAT THE SKIN OF THE MEAT.

Well once in a while of cos you can still eat whatever you like but of a daily basis its best if you just eat normal.

Eat lesser carbs, (Rice, Bread etc)

Rice is actually the key to losing weight.

For my case I eat like 1/4 of a bowl of rice every meal. I know its a waste of food to throw away the rest of the rice but ITS EITHER YOU THROW AWAY ALL THAT AMOUNT OF RICE WILL BE CONTRIBUTED TO YOUR BODY AND YOU BEING FAT.

In any case you can of cos just ask for 1/4 of a bowl la.

For meat its best and recommended to eat 2 fistful of meat. By fistful I mean by your fist when you hold onto a punching pose. Well if you have a small fist then SUCKS TO BE YOU LOL

Well I don't really follow that definition of two fistful. I just go by my instincts. If I'm hungry I eat lots of meat like really really a lot. and just little rice.

I still get very very full even though I eat just that tiny bit of rice. Oh well the best case is of cos don't eat any rice. But If you're fat and you're reading my post now I guess you can't ditch rice too.. LOL

There's a lot of dos and don't to the topic.

No.1 - DO NOT SNACK AT NIGHT..

This is the WORSE THING YOU CAN EVER DO WHEN YOU'RE DIETING. anything after 9pm is not going to be a FAT FACTOR TO YOUR BODY. If you're really really very hungry or you're like me ( when i'm bored I want to eat ) eat FRUITS.

There's another contradicting part here..

Eating fruits. YOU THINK EAT FRUITS NOT FATTENING MEH? HAHAA

Yes indeed eating fruits are fattening WHICHEVER FRUIT IS SOFT = FATTENING because its more high in sugar content!!

So you eat hard fruits (Apple, Pear etc)

DO NOT EAT SOFT FRUITS (Grapes, Banana etc)

Banana is good but its good that you eat it after workout not AT NIGHT WHEN YOU'RE ABOUT TO SLEEP IDIOT.

NO.2 - DO NOT EAT SMALL AMOUNTS AND MORE MEALS..

Okay this part is like the most MOST IRRITATING PART. A lot of people say that by eating little amount and more meals you will lose weight

ITS UTTER BULLSHIT. EVERYBODY HAS A DIFFERENT TERM OF LITTLE. AND IF YOU'RE FAT YOUR LITTLE IS NOT GOING TO BE 'LITTLE' AT ALL.

Just keep to eating 2 meals a day (if possible, if not eat three) and JUST DONT EAT RICE!!!!

NO.3 DO NOT THINK THAT YOU CAN EAT MORE BECAUSE YOU EXERCISED MORE

A lot of people think that they exercise more they can eat more.. BY THAT YOU WILL JUST MAINTAIN YOUR WEIGHT, OR EVEN WORSE BECOME FATTER LOOKING...

If you exercise, the more you eat actually contribute to you looking bigger. Because your muscles will grow, and thus you will look BIGGER. THIS CANNOT HAPPEN TO YOU WHEN YOU WANT TO LOOK SLIMMER. You will end up looks like a fat ball instead of a slim ass.

JUST TAKE A LOOK AT ME.

My overall face looked like a round ball at the 'BEFORE' BECAUSE I ATE MORE AFTER EXERCISING.

Don't make yourself look even fatter when you're trying to lose weight please....

P/S I HAVE TO SAY THIS TOO. I DID NOT DO ANY SURGERY TO MY FACE.

Now to the part of the exercising routine...

By exercising I mean it by doing regular cardio..

NOT JUST RUN ONLY. YOU MUST JUMP.

JUMP HERE JUMP THERE ... ONE SESSION 40MINS. DO IT 4 TIMES A WEEK AND AT LEAST 3 TIMES A WEEK OKAY?

You will confirm lose weight TRUST ME.

I hope my story can help you to be a better person.. Its not like the society will look down on you because you look fat...

But its because of looking slimmer, you look better it gives you more confidence and opportunity in life.
